At NS Travelove, we strive to provide transparent and reliable travel booking services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for bookings made through our platform.

Please read this policy carefully as refund eligibility is determined by multiple factors including airline policies, fare types, and timing of cancellation requests.

Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the type of fare purchased, the airline's specific policies, and when the cancellation request is made. Not all bookings are eligible for refunds.

Non-refundable fares typically do not qualify for monetary refunds but may be eligible for future travel credits or vouchers, subject to airline discretion.

Refundable Fares

Higher fare classes that allow cancellations with full or partial refunds based on timing.

Non-Refundable Fares

Lower fare classes that are not eligible for refunds but may offer travel credits.

Cancellation Timeline

The timing of your cancellation request significantly impacts refund eligibility and amount:

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of booking: Full refund available for bookings made at least 7 days before departure
  • Cancellations after 24 hours: Subject to airline's fare rules and cancellation policies
  • Cancellations near departure: May result in partial or no refund depending on airline policies
  • No-show passengers: Generally not eligible for any refund

Refund Process

When you request a cancellation, we will process your refund according to the following timeline:

Once approved by the airline, refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method. Please note that some banks may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

The following situations generally do not qualify for refunds:

  • Cancellations made after the 24-hour risk-free period for non-refundable fares
  • Partial usage of round-trip bookings (using only one segment)
  • No-show for flights without prior cancellation
  • Flight changes made directly with the airline without notifying NS Travelove
  • Bookings affected by force majeure events (subject to airline policy)

Airline-Initiated Cancellations

If an airline cancels or significantly changes your flight schedule, you may be entitled to a full refund regardless of fare type. NS Travelove will assist you in processing such refunds or rebooking options.

Significant schedule changes typically include:

  • Flight cancellations by the airline
  • Schedule changes exceeding 3 hours
  • Changes to routing that significantly impact your itinerary
  • Aircraft changes that result in downgrade of service class

Service Fees

NS Travelove charges a nominal service fee for booking assistance and customer support. This fee is generally non-refundable, even if the airline processes a refund for the ticket cost.

The service fee covers our operational costs including:

  • Booking processing and confirmation
  • 24/7 customer support access
  • Assistance with changes and cancellations
  • Travel documentation and itinerary management

Exceptions & Special Circumstances

In certain circumstances, such as medical emergencies or bereavement, airlines may offer exceptions to their standard refund policies. Supporting documentation will be required, and approval is at the sole discretion of the airline.
